4. When the top of the car is out, first the hall door must be opened, then the car top inspection switch, emergency stop switch and lighting switch should be reset one by one, and then the hall door should be closed after reaching the hall. (If the person stands outside the hall and can operate the above switch, the switch should be reset after standing outside the hall)

5. When the car is running, don't stick your body out of the bar. Do not work on a ride.

9. When overhauling emergency lifts, when using emergency switches, be sure to keep the doors closed and prevent others from falling into the hoistway. When entering the pit, if the door of the first floor is to be opened, a warning sign or special person's care must be taken outside the hall door to effectively prevent others from falling into the pit.

10. When it is necessary to cut off the power supply to overhaul the elevator, hang up the warning sign “Someone operates and prohibits closing”. When carrying out belt operation or using electric tools, it is necessary to do a good job of preventing electric shock.

When all the doors are closed, the state of the door lock relay is observed on the control panel. If the door lock relay is in the release state, the door lock circuit should be judged to be off.

4. If the hall door is partially faulty, ensure that under the overhaul condition, the short-circuit hall locks the loop, run the elevator at the inspection speed, and check the contact status of each hall door by layer (don't forget the passive door).
